Adams, William

William Adams is Management Consultant at CDM Smith for the past 20 years. He currently is the Deputy Program Manager for the City of Columbia's Clean Water 2020 Program. William efforts have also included working in the areas strategic asset management and assisting utilities in developing their Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) plans. Before working for CDM Smith he served as a utility manager in northern California and Central Texas. William has a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Florida and master degree in public administration from California State University, Hayward.
