Carolan, James
James has managed a number of diverse data development projects over his 25-year career. He uses various software to create complex data development and quality control procedures to build large-scale, municipal information systems. He is currently coordinating the design of state of the art, long term capital planning studies that leverage the GIS to better identify potential for and consequence of failure to rank pipeline assets for renewal as part of comprehensive asset management and pipeline inspection programs. He has a bachelor of science degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a masters of science degree from Boston University, both in Environmental Sciences.
