Clark, Brett

Brett is a post-construction inspector in the MS4 group with the Louisville and Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District. He started with MSD in early 2019 to develop and implement a post-construction inspection and enforcement program. Brett has over 7 years of experience working with both Phase I and Phase II MS4 communities. Brett is a 2010 graduate of the University of Kentucky.
