Conley, Gary
Gary leads applied research at 2NDNATURE Software, developing the scientific basis for turning data into actionable knowledge, improving watershed stewardship, and reducing the costs of clean water. He combines expertise in hydrology, pollution dynamics, numeric modeling, and applied math to identify environmental problems, understand patterns of change, and build geospatial tools used by water resource managers throughout the US. He brings 15 years of experience working towards water quality solutions, both in the public sector with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and as a co-founder of 2NDNATURE Software. Gary holds an MS in watershed hydrology from San Diego State University and a BS in Earth Sciences from the University of California Santa Cruz, and actively publishes in the scientific literature.
