Elliott, David

David Elliott is the Water Resources Leader for Brown and Caldwell's Midsouth Region and a Proffesional Engineer. His education includes degrees in both Civil Engineering and Forest Resources, which provides an understanding of both natural systems and engineered infrastructure. Before Comming to Brown and Caldwell, Mr Elliott was a Stormwater Utility Manager for the City of Dunwoody and provides true users perspective to Stormwater Condition Assessments and Inventories.
