Kristine Yung is an Assistant Engineer with the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Oakland, CA, where she oversees water recycling operations and research projects at the District's three recycled water plants, which have a combied capacity to produce 11.4 millon gallons of recycled water per day. She also oversees operations and research projects at the District's high purity oxygen activated sludge facility, as well as the District's other wastewater treatment processes. Before coming to the District, Kristine was an Environmental Engineer at Stantec. Kristine holds both a bachelor's of science degree and a master's of science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
