Parks, Randall

Randy Parks is an accomplished project manager and design engineer who is regularly involved in project execution. His technical expertise focuses on civil and structural design and pertinent specifications for water and sewer projects including many treatment plant, pump station, and pipeline projects. He has been responsible for the design of welded steel, prestressed and pretensioned concrete cylinder, reinforced concrete, ductile iron, and PVC pipelines. Randy's responsibilities have ranged from field investigation to final plans and specifications. Randy earned a master of science in civil/structural engineering at the California State Polytechnic University.
