Sexton, Phillip

Phillip currently serves as the Capital Projects Director at the North Charleston Sewer District. He began his employment with the District 12 years ago in the engineering department as an Assistant Project Manager. The last 4 years he has served as the Capital Projects Director. Phillip graduated from the University of South Carolina with his bachelor's in Civil Engineering. He is currently working on his Master's in Business Administration at The Citadel. Phillip is a registered professional engineer in the State of South Carolina. As well, he is a member of WEASC, WEF, ASCE, and NSPE. He is currently a member of the Program Committee serving on the Utility Management Symposium that builds the agenda for WEFTEC. Phillip is marred to his wife Jennifer and they reside on James Island, SC with their new puppy Garth.
