Stephan, Danielle
Danielle Stephan has a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology with a concentration in environmental science and biotechnology from James Madison University. Danielle has worked for the Environmental Protection Agency for the past 16 years in the Office of Wastewater Management. She is a teacher and presenter at various trainings for the NPDES program including the water quality standards academy and the NPDES basic permit writer's course. She has been involved with a variety of implementation issues related to the administration of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting program. She is the national expert on Watershed-based Permitting Approaches and Permitting for Nutrient Pollution in NPDES permits.
