Sweeney, Michael

Mike Sweeney is the Deputy Executive Director of the Toho Water Authority, a full service utility in central Florida. His 40 years of experience includes utility leadership positions with Indianapolis, Cincinnati MSD and Louisville MSD and served as a consultant for utilities across North America. He is an active WEF member, a WEF Fellow and immediate Past President of the Florida Water Environment Association. He holds an M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University, a B.S. from Indiana University.
