Foster, Michael

Michael H. Foster is the Owner and Principal Consultant for Environmental Business Specialists, LLC (EBS) in Mandeville, LA. Since 1997, EBS has provided wastewater products and consulting services to hundreds of clients, including many of the largest industrial treatmemt systems in the North America. Mike earned a BS in Chemistry and an MS in Instructional Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is a Certified Environmental Trainer and holds Class IV Wastewater Operator Licenses in MS, LA, and AR. Since starting EBS, Mike has personally worked with more than 400 industrial wastewater systems in such diverse areas as activated sludge troubleshooting, nutrient optimization, clarification, treatability studies, bioaugmentation, and operator training. He has authored dozens of papers and presented at WEF associated conferences more that twenty-five times in his career.
