Abstract
The City of Atlanta has embarked on a major expansion of the R. M. Clayton Water Reclamation Center (WRC) to comply with Georgia Environmental Protection Department (EPD) requirements for effluent phosphorus limits. Part of the expansion includes new headworks with coarse and fine screening and a new conveyance system to connect the new headworks to the existing primary clarifier influent channel.
