Meeting Infrastructure Challenges in Small Communities through Effective Asset Management
Abstract
Many small communities face similar business drivers as the large municipalities in managing their infrastructure but are uniquely challenged by their ability to find the resources to undertake Asset Management (AM) programs. This paper provides an example of how one small community was able to leverage its limited resources to start their AM program and gain political support for implementation.
