NATIONAL BIOSOLIDS PARTNERSHIP EMS PROGRAM INDEPENDENT 3RD PARTY VERIFICATION
Abstract
One of the key elements of the EMS blueprint being developed by the National Biosolids Partnership (NBP) will be a system to enable organizations that choose to develop and EMS to have the operation of the system verified by a qualified independent 3rd party. This system of verification will be complement the other pieces of the blueprint that have been discussed this morning, especially the Common Procedures that will be used by each participating organization to build its EMS.
