Workforce Planning Holds the Key to Managing the Realities of Shifting Demographics in the 21st Century

The utility industry is about to undergo a dramatic transformation. Thanks to the realities of an aging Baby Boomer workforce and shifting demographics in the North American population, utilities are going to change significantly in the years ahead. Over the next 10-15 years, there will be a mass exodus of Baby Boomers to retirement and the private sector.
