Abstract
This paper will present a transportation and disposal cost analysis model called TADCAM. TADCAM (for Transportation and Disposal Cost Analysis Model) was developed to analyze the alternatives for haul and disposal of wastewater and water treatment plant residuals for an island-wide solids management plan (IWSMP) in Puerto Rico, and is applicable in any location where residuals must be hauled from source to destination.
