Abstract
This paper will present the conclusions of the Condition Assessment (CA) and Asset Management Evaluation (AME) that was conducted for the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD) Anaerobic Digester system at Plant No. 1. The paper will list special access and inspection techniques that were used, along with the lessons learned during the field inspections. The design of repairs and rehabilitation requirements will be described including architectural, structural, civil/sitework, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation system improvements. Areas of interest including concrete crack repairs, roofing systems, protective coatings, and valve rehabilitation will be described.
