Mike Sweeney is the Director of Innovation and Strategic Advancement with the Toho Water Authority based in Kissimmee Florida. His 40 years of broad water sector experience includes serving the City of Indianapolis, the City of Cincinnati MSD and Louisville MSD and has served as a consultant for utilities across North America. Mike is WEF Fellow and WEF Delegate, a past chair of three WEF committees and has been involved with AWWA's Benchmaring Committte for the past 20 years. He is also active in various local community organizations. Mike holds a M.S. and Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Purdue University and a B.S in Public Health and Environmental Science from Indiana Univerity. He is a registered professional engineer.
