Cecil, Mike
Mike Cecil is Director of Business Development for American Contracting & Environmental Services, Inc. (ACE), based out of Columbia, Maryland. He has worked in the mechanical and heavy civil construction industry for nearly 40 years, holding various positions including Project Director, Mechanical Superintendent and Project Manager for several national and international construction firms. His first integrated delivery project was 1995-1998 on the $250 million (todays dollars) design-build Port Said wastewater treatment plant and Qantara Pump Station in Egypt for Morrison Knudsen. Mike’s responsibilities for ACE includes developing client relationships, RFQ and RFP responses, and overseeing preconstruction and construction activities on integrated delivery projects. His main goal is to propel ACE into the premier firm delivering collaborative delivery projects in the. He has been very active in DBIA (Design Build Institute of American), serving on the national water/wastewater, education, and other committees, as well as the WEF Project Awards Committee, and several boards of charitable organizations.
