About Duncan, Donnell

 
At WEF, Donnell Duncan is a Past Speaker of the House of Delegates (HOD) and current Outreach COP Director of the Community Leadership Council (CLC). He is also past co-chair of the Board of Trustees DEI Committee, past chair of the HOD DEI Workgroup and current member of the BOT Culture and Belonging Committee. At AWWA, he is the chair of the Diversity and Member Inclusion Committee. He also serves on the Water 2050 Equity, Access Community Engagement Strategic Implementation Team, AWWA Standard G415 - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practices and the Steel and Composite Tank Committee. He earned a bachelors degree in applied physics from Morehouse College as well as bachelors and masters degrees in civil engineering (structures) from Georgia Tech. He is a licensed PE or SE in over 30 states. He also earned Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace and Ethical and Inclusive Leadership Certificates from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business.
