Before Upgrading Your Sewer...Upgrade Your Sewer Inspection
Abstract
Recent developments in sewer inspection technology and data collection software have made sewer assessments more efficient and cost effective. These developments have been made possible from advancements in automation, computing processing power, and often rely upon multi-sensor robotic sewer inspection technologies, which incorporate synchronized high definition closed-circuit television (HD CCTV), laser profiling, sonar or radar scanning, and hydrogen sulfide or other sensors with subsequent data processing and interpretation.
