Stephen J. Kuplicki, PE JD has forty-three years of professional experience in managing the Industrial Waste Group for the Great Lakes Water Authority, where he has been responsible for (i) oversight of the treatment of wastewater from the homes and businesses within the Detroit Service Area, an 840 square mile area of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, and (ii) the implementation and enforcement of Environmental Regulations within the Detroit Service Area.
