Toot- Levy, Elizabeth
Elizabeth (Beth) Toot-Levy is a project scientist based in Cleveland, Ohio with 21 years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance. She joined Geosyntec in 2015 and is currently leading multiple National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System and Clean Water Act projects across the country for municipalities, industries, attorneys, and other consultants. Since joining Geosyntec, Beth has continued her role as a leader in Ohio and beyond supporting the Clean Water Act (CWA) needs of our clients. She also serves as a key technical and policy resource for clients such as the Agricultural Nutrient’s Policy Council, the Ohio Corn and Wheat Growers Associations, Ohio Soybean Council, and the Association of Ohio Municipal Wastewater Agencies. She is actively involved in the Ohio Water Environment Association (OWEA) and serves as the chair of the OWEA’s Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee, volunteers as a leader concentrating on nutrient issues as well as other emerging water quality issues.
