Scarano, Jeffrey
Jeff Scarano is a licensed environmental engineer with 20+ years of experience in municipal wastewater design and management. During his career, he has worked as a regulator, owner and consultant. He has managed the City of Lynchburgs combined sewer overflow program and helped establish their stormwater utility, managed the state of New Mexicos surface water quality monitoring and standards program, and helped develop HRSDs Integrated Plan for SWIFT and SSO elimination. He is currently an Interceptor Engineer with HRSD in Virginia Beach, VA. He has a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from UC California Davis and a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Duke University. When hes not working, he can be found walking the dogs, saving feral cats with his wife or kayak fishing.
