Mancl, Karen
Professor of Food, Agricultural and Biological Engineering at The Ohio State University where she has published over 55 journal articles and 80 manuals on rural infrastructure and has taught the subject for 35 years. Karen has a MS in Environmental Science from the University of Texas, and received her PhD at Iowa State University in Water Resources. She received an MA in East Asian Studies and conducts research and teaches wastewater treatment in rural China. Then gained her third Masters in Public Policy and works on international environmental policy with the Wilson Center China Environment Forum.
