James Doering is the Chief Structural Engineer for Carollo Engineers. He leads a group of 35 structural engineers in the structural design, evaluation, and planning for water and wastewater infrastructure for municipal and private clients in the United States. James began his career with Carollo Engineers in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience. James earned a masters degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1994.
