Kaushik, Vishakha

Ms. Vishakha Kaushik is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas working for AECOM's Water Group on various water/wastewater treatment, storage and conveyance projects for municipal and industrial clients since over 4 years. She graduated with her Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2016. Her work includes water-food-energy nexus, distribution system water quality, sludge process efficiency improvements at the North East Water Purification Plant and modeling water distribution in pipelines. Ms. Kaushik has over 10 publications on topics including total dissolved solids in groundwater, biogas production from wastewater sludge, total waste management in highly concentrated wastewaters of slaughter houses and restaurants, methods and kinetic studies on removal of arsenic and selenium from water.
