Rogowski, Steven

Steve Rogowski works for HDR Engineers based out of the Fort Collins, Colorado Office and focuses on operations management and asset management topics. Prior to joining HDR, Steve worked at Metro Wastewater in Denver Colorado directing operations and maintenance activities at a regional biological nutrient removal facility, and has worked as a consultant on national and international wastewater and biosolids projects. He also served for six years on the WERF Research Council helping identify research needs on topics including asset management. Steve's interests include applying enterprise-wide operational efficiency concepts to help utilities meet life-cycle cost objectives.
