Schneider, April

April Schneider is an Associate with Stantec with thirteen years of global experience in sustainable urban infrastructure planning and design. Her work centers on sustainability, climate resilience, and multi-disciplinary collaboration. She has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Amy is a Landscape Architecture Design Director in the NYC office, with over fifteen years of experience and a focus on large scale public parks, waterfronts, and urban landscapes – projects that are often transformative for their surrounding communities. She has architecture degrees from the University of Cincinnati and a Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked on numerous complex, multidisciplinary park projects at the water's edge, including currently the Battery in New York City with April.
