Villalobos, Sanaan

Sanaan Villalobos is a vice president with Carollo Engineers, Inc. in El Paso, Texas. She received her bachelors degree in civil engineering in 2000 and her masters degree in environmental engineering in 2001. Sanaan has worked with El Paso Water since her days in graduate research at the University of Texas at El Paso. She has been the design consultant project manager for El Paso Water's Advanced Water Purification Facility since the feasibility study in 2012.
