Mr. Rudy Daniels, CPM and Senior Program Manager is a 30 year plus employee of Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department. Mr. Daniels has been heavily involved with the departments’ proactive approach in utilizing remote sensor technology including data capture usage by departmental staff, identifying known and unknown issues discovered for problem resolve on while enabling best business practices and use of resources.
