Shannon Spence, PE, is the Director of the Project Management Office at the Prince William County Service Authority located in the Northern Virginia/DC Metro Region. In this position, Shannon oversees the Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Department and directs the coordination of multiple consulting and construction projects totaling over 600 million dollars. A graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in NYC and a licensed Professional Engineer, Shannon has over 30 years of experience in construction, engineering consulting, and working for public water/wastewater utilities.
