Frank P. Sidari III, PE, BCEE joined PWSA in 2021 and serves as the Chief Environmental Compliance and Ethics Officer. Mr. Sidari has over 20 years of experience supporting water and wastewater systems; including past work on PWSA projects. Mr. Sidari is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of environmental compliance and ethics efforts. These efforts include expansion of the Environmental Compliance Program to cover all of PWSAs facilities and compliance with regulations associated with drinking water, stormwater, wastewater, chemicals, waste, and air. Mr. Sidari also works with Human Resource and Legal Counsel to maintain ethics and conduct policies and assure proper investigations into reports of non-compliance.
