Barnes, Glenn

Glenn Barnes is the director of Water Finance Assistance, a training and technical assistance organization dedicated to building the financial and managerial skills of drinking water utility employees. Glenn's work focuses on rate setting, water loss and conservation, affordability, accessing infrastructure funding, and workforce issues. All of the work of Water Finance Assistance is rooted in data analysis. He has worked for more than 15 years with small, rural, and Tribal utilities across the country. Glenn holds a BA and MPA.
