Teal, Jennifer

Jennifer is a Manager at Raftelis and leads the Raftelis Performance Academy. She has over 20 years of public sector experience, including 10+ years of direct leadership experience in local governments and utilities. She has a wide array of expertise in organizational assessment, process improvement, financial management, strategic planning, and leadership development. Jennifer is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. She is a skilled facilitator, trainer, and problem solver, having led several organizations through the development of strategic plans, performance measurement systems, workforce development programs and in-house process improvement and innovation academies.
