Hartman, Lydia
Lydia Hartman is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District where she strives to ensure that marginalized communities are able to thrive. Lydia returned to the Sewer District in 2021, having previously served as The Cleveland Foundation Public Service Fellow focusing on issues of sustainability, water equity and workforce development. She previously worked as a program manager for the non-profit GlobeMed, serving as a coach and trainer for university students participating in partnerships in low-income communities both domestically and abroad. She served in the Peace Corps as rural community health volunteer in Benin, and she received a bachelors degree in anthropology in 2016 from Washington University in St. Louis.
