Kirk has more than 25years of progressive engineering, project management, and business management experience. He has extensive experience in municipal and industrial water and wastewater infrastructure and asset stewardship. This included developing and managing teams and business processes to improve business outcomes in roles as both a consultant and utility manager. Kirk has served in a wide range of engineering technical, project management, and business management and leadership roles including project engineer, project manager, project technical lead, business unit technical lead, location manager, water, and wastewater engineering section manager and currently as Brown and Caldwells Utility Performance National Practice Leader.
