Jose is the Director of Operations & Maintenance for Johnson County Wastewater. He has over 16 years helping communities develop and execute public infrastructure improvement projects. Jose is a leader who believes in pushing boundaries utilizing innovative technology and the power of people as he challenges the status quo into the 21st century. Jose has both a Bachelors and Masters in Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
