McNeill, Frederick
Fred started his career over 40 years ago as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa. He then embarked on a 20 year consulting career including ten years working internationally in Africa, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe. Returning to his hometown, Fred moved to the public sector in 2006 and became Chief Engineer for the City of Manchester where he manages one of northern New England's largest wastewater utility. Fred has a BS in Civil Engineering and an MBA. He is past president of the New England Water Environment Association and the New Hampshire Water Pollution Control Association.
