Abstract
Oneida County is under consent order to mitigate a sanitary sewer overflow. The County is following a three-pronged approach to mitigate the overflow that includes: (1) expansion of their wastewater treatment facilitates, (2) sewer rehabilitation, and (3) community education and collaboration programs. With this three-pronged approach, they have found their Sweet Spot in mitigating the SSO.
Oneida County is under consent order to mitigate a sanitary sewer overflow.
