THE FUTURE OF WASTEWATER.WATER.COM
Abstract
Moving at the speed of e-commerce means survival not strategy in today's water and wastewater market. The Internet is changing the way everyone does business and what customers expect from business. As the Internet shapes customers' expectations and their demands for better service, our industry is facing more competition and greater difficulties attracting resources. Only the committed, the strong, and the nimble will survive and thrive in this environment.
