Abstract
Unprecedented in past City Wastewater Facilities Plans, the City of Los Angeles has undertaken a unique approach of integration and community involvement to steer policy decisions and wastewater facilities planning. And with this unique approach comes a close look at the huge challenges that the City faces as it paves a new path of doing business with the community and forging a bond of trust and respect between the two.
