FUNDING DILEMMA: CMOM's EVIL WITCH OF THE WEST

Abstract

In Dorothy's search for her return home to Kansas, her trip back was fraught with attacks from the Wicked Witch of the West. The familiar story is really not so much about Dorothy as it is about good over evil. As you may recall, the good witch (the one from the east) promises a safe return for Dorothy and Toto, if she simply follows that now-famous yellow brick road. Along the way, there's plenty of help from a host of unlikely, yet affable, heroes. And, of course, Dorothy eventually finds her way.
