Watters, Travis
Travis Watters is a project manager with Tetra Tech and has more than 10 years of experience in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling; and planning and design of water, stormwater, and wastewater distribution systems in the United States and abroad. He has supported U.S. Agency for International Development- and/or Millennium Challenge Corporation-funded projects in Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Haiti, Liberia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, and Zambia. He currently serves as a Project Manager for Tetra Tech on the USAID West Bank Non-Revenue Water Management Project and provides technical support as part of Tetra Tech's role as the Program Management Consultant for Millennium Challenge Account - Mongolia . Travis holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
