Since completion of tunnel boring and removal of the TBM in the fall of 2020, the construction team has refocused on installing and grouting the fiberglass pipe inside the tunnel, establishing near-surface sewer connections, and restoring the aboveground construction sites. As of early 2021, construction remains on budget and on schedule, with project completion still slated for June 2021.
