Golf Course Sewer Cleaning - Cleaning 5,000 feet of 30' VCP with No Middle Manholes

To clean and televise approximately 10,000 l/f of 24' through 30' sanitary sewer pipe located through the Four Seasons Golf Course in Irving, TX. This project was required to be completed during the golfing off-season in the winter of 2017-2018, approximately December through March in Irving, Texas. Protection of the golf course greens was of upmost importance. Access to the manholes was very limited, which required the performing of cleaning operations in continuous distances of over 5,000 l/f, utilizing a patented process designed for cleaning long distances with limited access. Due to these factors the sewer lines in question had not previously been cleaned since being installed approximately 40 years ago. This presentation will present a case study of a unique municipal sewer cleaning project that utilized the patented Jigawon sewer cleaning system.
