Abstract
Industrial reliability metrics can provide valuable information applicable to clean water utility asset management programs. Total Effective Equipment Performance (TEEP) is one such metric that combines the concepts of utilization, availability, performance efficiency, and quality. Applying and tracking this metric for high value unit processes will provide asset managers information to holistically evaluate lifecycle costs to support asset management decisions.
