Abstract
Through an organized process shutdown request (PSR) planning and coordination process, the RWF CIP has been able to increase O&M engagement during design and construction, as well as improving O&M's stake in the successful delivery of CIP Projects. The PSR procedures have also helped standardize the planning, approval, and execution process for process shutdowns; and have allowed for better coordination between active projects to minimizing cumulative impacts to facility operation.
