City of South Bend, Indiana Revised Consent Decree Basis and WWTP Equalization Basin Design Approach
Abstract
This paper was presented at WEFTEC 2023 in Chicago, IL.
The City of South Bend, Indiana, undertook the important task in 2015 to re-evaluate its combined sewer overflow program to look for more affordable solutions and use current approaches to reduce the costs of its first storage tank design. This paper presents the basis for both the revised program and the initial storage tank design.
