Abstract
JEA applied the structure provided in the “Core Attributes of Effectively Managed Wastewater Collection Systems” as a means to conduct an organized assessment of its wastewater collection system programs, with special emphasis on means in which to reduce the number of SSOs. In addition, consideration was given to improving coordination with and the involvement of third-party stakeholder organizations with an interest in reducing SSOs.
